It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Hanna (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Gordon Swalm and Allie Swalm; and her child Harland. She is survived by: her sister Gladys MacPhail; her children, Michael (Michelle), Matthew, Edward (Rysa), Andrew (Joanne), Tia (Cam), Everett (Lauren), Louise Walker (James), Kate (Michael), Bradley (Lauren), David (Colleen), Lauren (Harald) and Sarah (Connor); her great grandchildren, Mia, Weston, Jamie, Desmond, Landon and Ellie; and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Mary, John and Kathy. She is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
