She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Fraser; and her children, Richard (Jean), Barbara Fraser Lee (late Ed), Fern, John (Barb), Carolyn Hayman (Doug) and David (Patricia).
She is survived by: her sister Earla Welsman. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Homes - Garden Chapel (3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean, ON K2H8H7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedarview Alliance Church (2784 Cedarview Rd, Nepean, ON K2J4J2). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
