She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Dand and Andy Dand; and her brother Donald Dand. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Staneland; her sister Margaret Cordingley (Robert); her children, Andrew (Pat), Peter (Dolores) and Deborah (Tim); her grandchildren, Matthew, Bethany, Sarah, Victoria and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Zoja, Mia, Nora and Byron.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
