He is survived by: his wife Cheryle Hothersall-Gluck; and his children, Carl (New Jersey), Laurie (Manhattan), Paula (Toronto), Tim (Seattle) and Sara (Ottawa). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
