Lucien Faucher Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2022, at the age of 82, Lucien Faucher (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Edmonton, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Faucher and Lionel Faucher; and his sister Denise. He is survived by: his sons, Louis (late Candace) and John; his stepchildren, Stephanie and Andrew Berthelet; his grandson Richard Webster; his great grandchildren, Laine, Wren and Fisher; and his brothers, Morris and Raymond.

Lou made significant contributions to the psychiatric profession in Ontario, through his work with the Association of General Hospital Psychiatric Services, the Ottawa Academy of Medicine (Section on Psychiatry), and the Ontario Psychiatric Association, where he served as President.
