The passing of Louis Turk (Ottawa, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 28, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Louis Turk to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Turk and Ana Turk; and his siblings, Maria, Stanko, Milka, Pepca, Toncka, Rudi and Josef.

He is survived by: his spouse Tilka; his brother John; his nieces and nephews, Stukels, Therese, Lydia, Mike, Diana, John, Fran, Frank and Mary; and his extended family Aregentina.

“Dear Tilka. Sad news of Louis' passing. I have many memories of him. Louis was always very generous & thoughtful, a true gentleman. I remember your garage, LT Motors, the best VW place in Ottawa. But Louis was more than a mechanic for me, he was a good friend. I always enjoyed visiting you & Louis on Swans Way, where Louis served me a great deal of slivovitz. Cars were his passion but he could do so much more including helping me once at NRC repairing a laser system. Those were good times.”
