She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Lavell (Burke) and John J. Lavell; her husband Gordon; her daughter Joanne; and her sister Alma Lavell.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline O'Dwyer (Gary) and John (Maureen); her grandchildren, Kelly O'Dwyer-Manuel (Jamie), Kourtney O'Dwyer (Adam Bell), Matthew Farnand (Cheryl-Lynn), Brendan Farnand (Ruth), Sarah Cleyn (Joseph), Meghan Farnand and Mary Farnand; her siblings, Patricia Lavell and Gregory Lavell; her sister-in-law Margaret Farnand; and her niece Diane Plummer. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to Hospice Care Ottawa would be appreciated.
