She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lagacé and Marie-Rose Lagacé; and her brother Lucien (Luke). She is survived by: her husband Chris; her daughters, Jennifer and Stephanie (Jordan McNiven); her sister Helène (Grant Robertson); and her grandsons, Stanford and Leo. She is also survived by her niece and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honour to the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice.
