She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Higgins and John Higgins; and her sister Sharon (Arnie Boeyen). She is survived by: her husband Cliff Williams; her daughters, Katie and Whitney (Aaron Brown); her grandchildren, Kayden and Abby; her brother Ron (Wendy Pasher); her close friend Sharon (Don Hughes); and her pet Emmett. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends.
