She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph James Laurier Duplante; her grandchild Mackenzie Taylor Duplante; her parents, Andrew Bough and Florence Bough; and her siblings, Florence, JoAnne, Violet, Ken, George, David, Roy, Lloyd and Donald.

She is survived by: her children, Brian (Brenda), Debra Maria Duncan (Donald) and Anthony (Jane); her grandchildren, Jennifer Duncan (Steve McCarthy), Adam Duplante and Edward Duncan (Laura); her great grandchildren, Maria McCarthy, Anna McCarthy, Arya Duncan, Sebastien McCarthy and Alexander Duncan; and her stepgreat-grandson Zackary McCarthy.
