He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Eileen; his parents, Oliver Pelletier and Alma Pelletier of Ottawa; and his brothers, Roy, Donald and Philip Pelletier.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Anne Colautti (Scott Bohnenkamp) and Teresa Barrett-Ryan; his granddaughters, Jenna Mouland (Rob Mouland), Sabina Barrett-Ryan (Byron Carroll) and Emma Barrett-Ryan (Aidan McLean); and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Nash Mouland.
