He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his children, Alex, Nick and Jacquie (Ross Arial); and his siblings, Keith (Louisa Fok), Phyllis, Sally Jean, Lawrence (Hilary Mackey) and Ken (Randall Chong). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
