He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Surges (Bud) and Evelyn Surges (Sally Faulkner). He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his children, Alex, Nick and Jacquie (Ross Arial); and his siblings, Keith (Louisa Fok), Phyllis, Sally Jean, Lawrence (Hilary Mackey) and Ken (Randall Chong). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Homes - Westboro Chapel (403 Richmond Rd, Ashton, ON K0A1B0).
