Silvia Logan wrote a sympathy message

“Mr. Charron has been my neighbor since I was a tiny little toddler. He was such a nice man who would help me shovel the snow in my driveway, park my father's car in the garage, and even rake my leaves in the garden. He always loved my food which I gave him and he said that I was an excellent cook. He will be strongly missed.”
