Lawrence Ethier Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Ethier (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Wingle; his parents, Ernest Ethier and Molly Ethier; and his siblings, Molly Baker (Stewart), Mae Cane (Ernest), Alfred (June) and Bernie (Shirley).
He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Dobie (Mike), Dave (Robyn), George (Sharon), Edward, Donald (Anne) and Robert.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Rd, Gloucester, ON K1A 0S2). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hope Cemetery (4600 Bank St, Gloucester, ON K1T3W6). A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
