He is survived by: his mother Christine; his siblings, Adrian and Brittany of Ottawa; his grandparents, John and Doreen Middleton; his uncles, Peter Pershaw (MaryAnn Monro) and Jeff Middleton (Marina Middleton); and his cousin Taylor Middleton.
