He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Agathagellou Mavromatis; and his parents, Vasilio and Maria. He is survived by: his children, Basil (Charlotte Lobo) and Stratis; his grandchildren, Angeline, Sebastian, Alexander and Philip; his sibling Apostolos; and his nieces and nephews, Manolis, Evagellia Chiladakis, Panagiota and Mary Karamouzi.
