He is survived by: his wife Brenda (VanDellen); his daughter Sarah McCaffrey; his brother Brian McCaffrey (Connie); his siblings-in-law, Greg VanDellen (Loretta) and Sandra Whitehead (Vince); his mother-in-law Jane VanDellen (late Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Adam (Keira), Shane (Nelly), Michael (Cara), Mellisa, Katrina (Travis) and Tiffany.

By family request donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
