Connie Tysick wrote a sympathy message

“Kenny I still can't believe that you are gone! You had so much life left to live, so much left to do... Our family will never be the same without you! Everywhere I look, I see a piece of you. Whether it is the abundance of family photos, your handmaid crafts, the work you have done in my home, the tears in Dawn's eyes... in all of our eyes.... We will miss you every day going forward. You were so good with all the kids, all the holiday preparations, the everyday things that came up. I could always count on you no matter what I asked. You were truly my brother regardless of who your parents were. I was honoured to have you as part of our family. Thank you for every kindness, love and times shared with me. Rest peacefully knowing that I will take care of Dawn. Your job here is now done. Copper thanks you for the call bell and the patience that never wavered when he continually bugged you to throw the ball again and again. You were definitely his favourite, comforting him during fireworks and thunderstorms, sneaking him food at our holiday dinners and always offering him attention. Those are some big shoes to fill. Take the "stairway to heaven" that you built in your last days and we will meet again some day. Love always Connie XOXO”
