He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Charles Cooke; and his brother Steven Charles Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cooke; his mother Bee Cooke; his sister Lynda Bee White (David E. White); his sister-in-law Barb Crawford; his daughter Carolyn Cooke (Mike Edmonds); his grandchildren, Jessy, Kai and Jasmine; his daughter Lydia McCuaig (Bruce McCuaig); his grandchildren, Ainsley and Rory; his son Reuben Cooke (Lisa Saunders); and his grandchildren, Avery, Skylar and Jackson. He is also survived by his many friends.
