He is survived by: his wife Ann Hayward; his children, Allen (Lee Ann), Lynn (Douglas May) and Edward; his brother Donald; his nephews, Phil (Ada) and Stephen (Donna); and his grandchildren, Tyler Hein (Anny), Sonia Ann May, Jacqui (Mark), Cora (Mike) and Bonnie. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
