He is survived by: his wife Kristina Chapman (Stina) of Arnprior-Ottawa; his children, Lelland Quinn and Grace Lee O'Malley; his siblings, Kim, Brenda, Wendi and Tara; his parents-in-law, Lee Chapman (Karoline) and Lise (Riopelle); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth (Liz). He is also survived by his extended family and dear friends.
