He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sylvia Knight of Australia and Peter Richardson of England. He is survived by: his sons, Colin (Robin) and Neil of Ottawa; and his grandchildren, William, Matthew, Thomas, Sophie and Noah. He is also survived by his many friends and extended family.
