It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ethel Sapper of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Watkins and Wealthie Watkins (Campbell) of Culloden; and her sister Vera Norebye (Walter Sapper). She is survived by: her husband Walter; and her sisters, Helena Watkins (Digby) and Karen (Ronald) Hutchins (Digby).
