She was predeceased by: her husband Stefan; her sisters, Maria Woychyshyn (late Eugene) and Eugenia Kulyk (late Mykola); and her granddaughter Anna Werbowy. She is survived by: her children, Danuta Krupa (late Kasey), Krystyna and Jan Gudz (Lydia); her brother Mychajlo Chodan (Stefania); and her grandchildren, Mark, Roman, Zenon, Nykolai, Danylo and Sofia. She is also survived by children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Shrine in Ottawa.
