With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Ann Cockshutt (Ottawa, Ontario), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Philip Cockshutt; her children, Martha (Bill), Catherine, Eric (Jennifer), Amanda (Douglas) and Paul (Alison); her grandchildren, Rachel, John, Rosemary, Malcolm, Hannah, William, Maeve and Emmeline; and her pet Archer. She is also survived by her family and friends.

The family would appreciate that you wear a mask at all times during this event except when eating or drinking.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Doctors Without Borders, a charity that Julia was particularly passionate about, would be gratefully accepted.
