We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 71, Joseph Ronald Wistaff (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Wistaff and Roland Wistaff; his child Stacey Katsikaris; and his sibling Claire. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Jack Fong and Jason Katsikaris; and his siblings, Louise (Claude), Claudette, Diane and Carmen.
