He is survived by: his parents, Barry Bettles and Sylvie Bourdeau; and his sister Catherine Bourdeau (Maxime Alarie). He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heritage Funeral Complex (1250 Trim Rd, Orléans, ON K4A 3P7). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to CAR-T research at The Ottawa Hospital or Lymphoma Canada to continue the legacy of kindness and generosity that Johnny embodied.
