He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Purcell and Rita Purcell. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Devon (Eleni Bleeker) and Julianne (Peter Woyzbun); his grandchildren, Sofia, Remi and Magnus; and his sister-in-law Deborah McLachlan (Cobden).
