He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henk (late Jutta), Dina, Roelof (late Joan) and Fenna (late Gerrit). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Joanne, Adeline (Rick Cumming), Fenny (late Donald Marquis), John (Dawn) and Christopher (Amy); his grandchildren, Mark (Madeline), Justin, Katelyn, Kristina, Stephanie and Dean; and his sibling Janny (Louw).
