It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Christopher Kuiack (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline; and his father Jack Kuiack. He is survived by: his children, Shane (Michel), Jasmin (Matthew) and Christopher (Sydney); his granddaughter Hazel; his mother Joan Kuiack; his siblings, Jennifer (Greg), Jim (Debbie) and Jeffrey; and his father-in-law Dan Clancy (Miriam Clancy).
