John Keith Prokaska Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Keith Prokaska (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Brandon, Manitoba, who passed away on March 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Prokaska and Winnifred Prokaska. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his son Joel (Lynn Vincent); his grandchildren, Nathan and Nadia; and his sister Sharon Norris. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
