It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Hay (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on September 8, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Hay and Edna Hay; his siblings, Gwendolyn (late Carman), William Bruce (Margaret), Robert (Sharon) and Donald (late Janet); his spouse Hilary; his grandchildren, David, Sarah, James, Claire, Meg, Isla, Leo, Tait and John; and also, Janet (Al), Emma (Rob), Katie (Mike) and William (Nancy).
