John Goodanetz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Goodanetz (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Kriss Goodanetz; his parents, Adolph Goodanetz and Eva Goodanetz; and his sister Katherine Elizabeth of Toronto. He is survived by: his wife Julie Goodanetz; his daughter Sonya (Andrew Roy); his grandchildren, Eva and Patrick Roy; his sister Mary Liisa; and his siblings-in-law, Neil Krause of Abbottsford, Patty Murphy and Utah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
