It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Francis Cruickshank (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Cruickshank and Frank Cruickshank. He is survived by: his sisters, Heather Chapman (Blake) and Gwen Fortin (David); his nieces, Amanda Thompson (David) and Jennifer Chapman-Clarke (Robert Clarke); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah, Harper Thompson, Eleanor and Sullivan Clarke. He is also survived by many cousins and numerous good friends.
**Due to COVID restrictions, family and friends must register their attendance for the visitation and or Memorial Service by calling the Kelly Funeral Home-Kanata Chapel at 613-591-6580.
