He was predeceased by: his son David (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Cartier); his son Michael (Alison); his stepchildren, Kristen (Nick) and Devin (Janet); his grandchildren, Hayley, Josh, Morgan, Ethan, Reid, Ozzy, Frances, Kate (Mike), Mackenzie and Charlotte; his brothers, Ed (Heather) and Howard (Kyra); his cousin Anne (Jim); his nephews, Jonathan (Caroline), Andrew (Dana) and Matthew (Lianne); and his friends, Bill and Trent. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many very close dear friends.
