He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Jardine (Irvine) and Frederick Jardine; and his brother Frederick (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean McElman; his children, Susan (David) and David (Kari); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Sara and Douglass Jock (DJ).
