She was predeceased by: her brother Gerry Evers; and also, Siep Hoiting, Grace Kolff (James), Coral Geurkink and Johanna Westervelt.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Geurkink of Ottawa, Ron Geurkink-Guy (Brenda) of Brinston and Brenda Geurkink-Guy of Gananoque; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Travis (Katelyn), Adrian, Kaitlyn, Katrina and Chelsea; and her great grandchildren, Keira and Austin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations to Winchester Hospital or Wycliffe Bible Translation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
