She was predeceased by: her husband Charles (Chuck); and her parents, John Coulter and Maria Coulter. She is survived by: her sons, John (Marg), Chris (June), Tom (Cheryl) and Rob; her grandchildren, Tina, Nicolas and Elizabeth; her great grandchild Kamil; and her cousin Cathy Justa.
A graveside service will be held at the Pinecrest Cemetery, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Wednesday, August 26 at 11 a. m. however due to COVID restrictions the service is limited to family and close friends only.
For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Breast Cancer Society – Jessie was a survivor.
