He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond and Béatrice Cardinal Raymond; his sister Alberte Pariseau; his son Luc Raymond; and his brother-in-law Georges Pariseau.

He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Johanne Raymond, Paul Evan Raymond and Danielle Dubois; and his brother-in-law Norman Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
