With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Elizabeth Meakin in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on August 13, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Canon J. Allan D. Meakin; her children, John (Cathy), Jennifer and Andrea (Dennis); her grandchildren, Thomas (Amber), Megan (Gary), Peter (Kathleen), Maxwell (Natasha) and Avery (Jonathon); and her parents, Horace Hemphill and Verna Hemphill. She was also cherished by extended family and friends.
