Jean-Guy Payette Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean-Guy Payette (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Jean-Guy has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donalda Payette and Cyrille Payette; and his son Marc. He is survived by: his wife Josephine (Bunny); his children, Denise (Bob Scott), Renée (Fram Engineer) and Vincent; and his grandchildren, Alex (Caillie Benton), Amanda (Bri Douglass) and Anna Engineer.
