He is survived by: his wife Doris McAllister; his children, Cory Desormeaux (Shannon Cléroux), Jack Desormeaux (Nichelle Morris) and Kaytlyn Desormeaux; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Everley, Willow, Skyler, Fiona and Oaklyn; and his sisters, Alice (Grant Burley), Hélèn (Jean Carrière), Louise, Jacqueline and Jeannine (Mario Ouellette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
