Jean Cowan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Cowan (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandson Leo (Erica); and her sibling Meryl Carr. She is survived by: her husband Wilburn Cowan; her children, Judy (David Borutski), Norm and Nancy (Gerry Loiselle); her grandchildren, Sharon, Steven (Sara) and Tim (Trish); and her sister Joan (late John Pelow). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
