It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Chaput (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 9, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Angele; his children, Madison and Jack; his parents, Josie and Peter; and his siblings, Craig and Bradley. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
