He was predeceased by: his parents, Josefa and Jan Sr.; and his wife Irena Kucharczyk. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Przydzielska; and his children, Margaret Tomala and Tomasz Kucharczyk. He is also survived by in-laws, three grandchildren as well as dozens of cousins.
