With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Scales (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on January 13, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, David and Carol; his sisters, Tracey (Vic) and Debra (Rob); his niece Kimberly (Adam); his nephews, Michael (Candace), Jack and Ben; and his great-nephews, William, Harrison and Royer.
