He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William John Virgin and Zelma May Virgin (Crone); and his siblings, Alan William Virgin and Helen May Flanagan (Gordon). He is survived by: his wife Gail Virgin (McAlpine); his children, Pamela Gail Steeves (Dean), Nancy Elizabeth Virgin (Phil Lee) and Robert Douglas Virgin (Debbie); his brothers, William Dale Virgin (Barbara) and Douglas John Virgin (Valorie); his grandsons, Brad Steeves and Craig Steeves (Joyce); his great grandchild Eleanor Steeves (Nora); his grandchildren, Alysha Lee, Gavin Lee, Bryan and Chris Surette; his great grandchild Camille Surette; and his grandchildren, Isabel and Zachary.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bilberry Creek Baptist Church (480 Charlemagne Blvd, Ottawa, ON K4A1S2).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Billberry Creek Baptist Church would be most welcome.
