With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James O'Flaherty (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 20, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Tessie. He is survived by: his grandsons, Michael and Sean; his great grandchild Declan; and his siblings, Tom (Lil) and Mary Flannigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
