With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James MacDonald of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on December 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Cathie; his children, Izabel MacDonald and Callie Powell (Jamie); his grandchildren, Logan, Brody, Ryker, Astrid and Aerith; and his siblings, Tony (Ruth), Judy Allinott (Ed), Blair (Lisa), Barry (Mary), Carter (Judith), Elaine Miller (Brian) and Kennedy (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, a service will be held when it is safe to do so.
