He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tinkess and Eileen Tinkess; and his siblings, Barbara Thompson (late Don) and Allan Tinkess. He is survived by: his children, James Ottawa (Justyna), Randall (Shelley) and Cory (Jasmine); his grandchildren, Austin, Amanda, Kai and Wesley; his spouse Arlie; his siblings, Joan Tinkess, Sylvia Wolff (Moe) and Brian Tinkess; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Bullard (late Doug) and Barbara Bullard (late Patrick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital, 43 Bruyere St. Ottawa would be greatly appreciated by the family.
